Chris Cunningham Caia

Chris Cunningham, CAIA, is a partner at The Townsend Group, where tenure began in October 2012, with previous positions including Associate Partner, Senior Vice President, and Consultant/Vice President. Prior to this, Chris worked at Hewitt EnnisKnupp from January 2007 to October 2012, serving as a consultant, and later as a Senior Analyst following Hewitt's acquisition of EnnisKnupp. Responsibilities included specializing in institutional real estate, farmland, and timberland, overseeing consulting assignments, and conducting manager research while collaborating with specialists in related fields. Earlier experience includes an internship as an Equity Analyst at Mason Street Advisors from 2005 to 2006. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, International Business, and Spanish from Marquette University and has further education from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
