Gordon Yu

Gordon Yu is an experienced professional in the finance and real estate sectors, currently serving as an Associate Partner at The Townsend Group since 2020. Prior to this role, Gordon held the position of Associate Director at Invesco Ltd. from 2011 to 2020 and worked in various capacities including Portfolio Management at AIG Real Estate Investment from 2008 to 2010, Asia Capital Markets at Jones Lang LaSalle from 2006 to 2008, and Research & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield from 2003 to 2006. Gordon Yu holds a Master of Science in Investment Management from HKUST Business School and has completed undergraduate education at Pomona College and Li Po Chun United World College.
