Steven Kalczynski MBA has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Steven started their career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Franchise Operations-Midwest. Steven then moved on to St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, where they served as the General Manager of a prestigious 297-room hotel, recognized as the "Best Business Hotel in LA" and one of the top 30 hotels in the USA. After that, they became the General Manager of the Ballantyne Resort, a luxury resort with a top-rated golf course and a spa. Steven then took on the role of General Manager at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in Mumbai, where they successfully completed a $40 million renovation project. Steven continued their career as the General Manager at Sheraton Doha Hotel & Resort in Doha, where they oversaw a $80 million operation and was also responsible for housekeeping at the Emir's Palace. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Managing Director of Lotte Hotel Seattle, where they lead a team in providing exceptional luxury experiences to hotel guests.

Steven Kalczynski MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rutgers Business School, which they obtained in 1999. Prior to that, they attended Northeastern University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Additionally, they also studied Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration at Northeastern University. Steven started their education journey at Quinsigamond Community College, where they pursued a degree in Liberal Arts.
