Alan Karamehmedovic

Alan Karamehmedovic is the current Director of Global Talent Acquisition, Tech at The Trade Desk. Prior to this, they were the Director, Talent Acquisition Americas + Global Operations at NICE Ltd from February 2017 to April 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading the design and delivery of the company's global employer branding and innovative recruiting activities, as well as enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of its global talent acquisition programs, platforms, and tools.

Before their time at NICE Ltd, Alan was the Head of US Talent Acquisition at FanDuel Inc. from July 2015 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for leading and managing FanDuel's US Recruitment. At FanDuel, Alan helped the company grow from a small startup to a billion-dollar business in just a few short years.

Alan is a proven leader in the talent acquisition field and has helped companies of all sizes build strong recruiting programs that attract top talent. Alan is passionate about finding new ways to identify and attract great candidates, and they enjoy working with teams to help them reach their full potential.

Alan Karamehmedovic has a certificate in management essentials from Harvard Business School Online, and a certification from AIRS in certified social media recruiter. Alan also has a certification from The Trade Desk in edge academy certified: marketing foundations.

Alan Karamehmedovic reports to Robyn Perry, SVP, People Operations. They work with David Porter - Director of Talent Acquisition, Cal Smith - VP of HR Operations, and Meredith Hall - GM of Learning & Development.
