Andrea Prince

Andrea Prince is the Senior Director of People Operations for The Trade Desk, based in APAC. Andrea has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on building HR functions from the ground up and talent acquisition/management.

Previously, Andrea was the Chief Human Resources Officer for TYME, which was acquired by Commonwealth Bank in 2015. In this role, Andrea was responsible for establishing a new HR function and scaling the workforce from 80 to 260 employees. Andrea also worked on shaping the culture post-acquisition and establishing all HR fundamentals, including policies, systems and processes.

Andrea has a proven track record in talent management and building inclusive diversity strategies. Under Andrea's leadership, The Trade Desk has been able to attract top talent and create a values-based culture that is responsive to the needs of a fast-paced business.

Andrea Prince has a Master of Business from Queensland University of Technology, a Postgraduate Diploma in HR from University of Southern Queensland, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Southern Queensland.
