Gregory Mitchell is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at The Trade Desk since September 2014, Gregory has progressed through roles including Senior Engineering Manager, Principal Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Microsoft from October 2006 to September 2014 as a Principal Software Development Engineer contributed to a robust skill set. Gregory also gained experience at Colloquis as a Senior Software Engineer and began a career at MetaCreations as a Software Engineer. Educationally, Gregory holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Rochester.
