Andrea S.

Andrea S. is a seasoned learning and development professional with extensive experience in designing and facilitating training solutions across diverse sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Designer at Travelers since August 2023, Andrea collaborates with business partners to develop critical learning initiatives, including cybersecurity training and resources for attorneys. Prior experience includes a role as a Learning Consultant for the State of Connecticut, where Andrea designed and facilitated training content, and as an Instructional Design Consultant with LEAD Training, LLC, focusing on creating eLearning and in-person training. Before these positions, Andrea held the role of Learning and Development Manager at Enable Midstream Partners, leading projects and mentoring staff. Additionally, Andrea has been a Myers-Briggs Certified Practitioner with CPP since November 2013. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication from Ball State University and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Southeastern Louisiana University.
