Cynthia Garcia-Gordon

Cynthia Garcia-Gordon has over two decades of experience in operational leadership and strategic initiatives, currently serving as the Director of Operational Effectiveness at Travelers since July 2001, where previous roles include Director of Strategic Initiatives and Operations Director. Prior to this, Cynthia worked at CIGNA from 1977 to 2001 as a Financial Manager. Educational accomplishments include a tenure at DePaul University from 2000 to 2009.
