Debbie Turkington

Debbie Turkington possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in learning and development roles at Travelers since February 2008, where positions have included AVP, Sr. Director, and Director of Learning & Development. Prior to this, Debbie held various positions at Nationwide Insurance as a Litigation Specialist and worked with multiple Third Party Administrators as an Independent Liability Claim Consultant. Early career roles included Senior Claim Litigation Specialist at Middlesex Mutual Assurance Company and Claim Specialist at Murdock Claim Management, with initial experience at Travelers in various claim positions from 1988 to 1999. Debbie earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut between 1983 and 1987.
