Dennis Loperfido

Dennis Loperfido, CFA, is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience at Travelers since May 1996, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy and Risk, where leadership of a skilled team of quantitative investment experts supports a portfolio exceeding $90 billion. Previously, as Vice President and Head of Corporate Research, Dennis led a team focused on the firm's $30 billion corporate bond portfolios, enhancing credit research capabilities. Earlier roles include Senior Managing Analyst and Head Municipal Trader, overseeing a $30 billion municipal bond portfolio, and various positions in fixed income investments, contributing to the management of a $65 billion bond portfolio. Additionally, Dennis’ early career included a role as an intern at Sit Investment Associates, Inc. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, and completion of the Investment Management Workshop at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
