Eric Rodrigues

Eric Rodrigues has over 15 years of experience in various management and customer service roles within the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Specialist at Traveler since November 2011, Eric previously held positions as Bar Manager at CUCCINI RESTAURANT & LOUNGE from April 2005 to August 2007, where responsibilities included staff management, inventory control, and enhancing guest satisfaction through quality product and service. Earlier experience includes bartending and food service at Outback Steakhouse, where customer service excellence was prioritized, and supervision of a team at Coyote Bait and Tackle, focused on efficient operations and inventory management. Eric holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from San José State University and an AA in Liberal Studies from West Valley College.
