Heather Kiley-Bunia has extensive experience in customer service and management roles. Heather has worked at Travelers since 1999, starting as a Senior Service Consultant before moving up to a Unit Manager position in the Enterprise Customer Advocacy Team. Prior to that, Heather held a Senior Business Consultant position at Metlife. Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service, developing staff, and improving processes.
