Isabel Harvey

Isabel Harvey is an accomplished professional in innovation and experience design, currently serving as the Director of Innovation & Experience Design at Travelers since March 2020. Isabel has led the organization’s CIO Enterprise Innovation team, focusing on human-centered design and product development. Previous roles include Director of Innovation Strategy and co-leading an internal accelerator program at Travelers, as well as positions at Socialab.com and Disruptivo.tv, where Isabel fostered social entrepreneurship and innovation. In addition, Isabel has extensive experience as an independent design consultant, innovation facilitator, and visual designer, collaborating with various organizations to implement design thinking and innovation strategies. Isabel holds an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts and a Licentiate degree in Industrial and Product Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, along with additional educational credentials in fundraising management.
