Jana Lafferty

Jana Lafferty is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as AVP of Personal Insurance Learning & Development at Travelers since December 1996. With a background that includes roles as Sr. Director and Director of Sales Training & Development, Jana is responsible for the strategic design, development, and implementation of sales, product, and systems training across multi-state operations. Prior to Travelers, Jana worked as a Sales Manager at GEICO, managing a team of licensed Sales Consultants. Educational credentials include two Master's degrees in Service Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Mercer University's Stetson School of Business and Economics.
