Jen West

Jen West is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and leadership development sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Partner in Bond and Specialty Insurance at Travelers since February 2017, Jen focuses on coaching and mentoring team members to enhance performance in claims handling. Previous roles at Travelers include Unit Manager for Auto Claims and various learning and facilitation positions, where Jen developed training programs and improved employee capabilities. Prior to Travelers, Jen was Operations Manager at EMPOWER Leadership Sports and Adventure Center, overseeing office operations and facilitating leadership programs. Jen holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Business Analytics from Central Connecticut State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism from the same institution.
