Joanne Perman

Joanne Perman is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for PI Technology at Travelers since January 2006, Joanne has previously held various roles within the company, including Human Resources Business Partner for Corporate Technology and Human Resources Lead for multiple technology sectors. Prior to Travelers, Joanne worked at Baystate Health as Recruitment Lead and served as Director of Human Resources at CIGNA Healthcare. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Assumption University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
