Kim Higgins

Kim Higgins has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as AVP of the Business Insurance Sales Center at Travelers since February 2012. Throughout this tenure, Kim has held various leadership roles, including Sr Director and Middle Market Field Operations Director, focusing on operational effectiveness and customer-centric business strategies. Prior to joining Travelers, Kim was an Agency Owner at State Farm Insurance Agency from January 2008 to February 2012, where entrepreneurial skills were leveraged to exceed customer and company expectations. Kim's career began at State Farm Insurance from January 2002 to December 2007, where roles included Agent/Owner Trainee, Agency Field Specialist, and Underwriter, contributing to training program development and customer service excellence. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisiana Monroe, obtained in 2001.
