Kristen Mitrenga

Kristen Mitrenga has over a decade of diverse experience in various roles, primarily in the insurance and customer service sectors. At Travelers, from July 2020 to April 2025, Kristen served as an Account Executive Officer, including positions as Account Executive and Associate Account Executive in Life Sciences. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Minnesota Zoo as Day Captain, where training and educating new volunteers and engaging guests were key responsibilities. Additional roles encompass administrative duties at Lancet Software, creative floral design at Flowerama of America, and participation in a successful social media competition for Halliburton Company. Kristen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
