Michał Sterzycki

Michał Sterzycki is an experienced professional in user experience design and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Experience Design and Strategy for Agencies and Brokers at Travelers since September 2012. In this role, Michał develops a vision for the agency experience in Business Insurance, coordinating discovery activities and aligning with various company groups. Previous roles at Travelers include User Experience Manager and Practice Lead for Personal Insurance, where Michał managed a team of designers and researchers, and Design Lead, responsible for leading significant projects targeting a diverse user base. Prior to Travelers, Michał held positions at Setaris Corporation and Westbrook Technologies, focusing on product management and technical support. Michał holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
