Michelle Clayton, CMP, is an experienced event management professional with a proven track record in both corporate and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Director of Event Management at Travelers since January 2017, Michelle has progressed through various roles within the organization, demonstrating expertise in event planning, budgeting, and coordination. Previous positions include Event Manager at Marriott International, where responsibilities included managing group room blocks and ensuring high-level service, as well as Executive Meeting Manager at Sheraton Hartford Hotel, where Michelle focused on client relations and event execution. With early career experiences in event coordination and internships, paired with a BA in Events Management from Endicott College, Michelle possesses a strong foundation in the principles of successful event management.
