Pamela Liscomb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, business implementation, and project management. Currently serving as the Training and Content Development Director at Travelers since July 2009, Pamela coordinates Small Commercial Business Implementation training and procedural content. Previously, as the Business Implementation Manager, Pamela led research and analysis to assess business impacts of new technologies. Earlier roles at The Hanover Insurance Group included Commercial Lines Project Manager, where Pamela coordinated business priorities and managed a team of analysts. With a strong foundation in project management from experiences at BearingPoint and Arthur Andersen, Pamela has successfully managed technology migrations and developed business solutions. Pamela holds an MBA in Health Systems Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a BS in Computer Science from Simmons University.
