Rebecca Griffiths

Rebecca Griffiths has extensive experience in the insurance and business systems analysis sectors, currently serving as Sr Director and Property Circle Lead at Travelers since January 2010. Previous roles at Travelers include positions such as Sr Director Team Lead and Sr Director of Business System Analysis. Prior to Travelers, Rebecca worked at Innovation Group North America for nearly a decade, leading the Business Analyst team and contributing significantly to the development of insurance applications. Earlier experience includes a consultant role at HUON Corporation. Rebecca holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Kent and is certified as a Scaled Agile Framework Agilist, as well as a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, holding the ACII designation.
