Tara Howse

Tara Howse has extensive experience at Travelers, having begun in February 2008 and continuing to the present. In the role of Manager, Experience Management-ECX Closed Loop, Tara oversees initiatives to enhance customer experience. Previous positions include Resolution Support Team Manager, Customer Service Manager for Personal Insurance, and Training Consultant, where Tara developed training programs. Additionally, as a Learning Facilitator, Tara contributed to the professional development of team members at Travelers Insurance.
