Thomas J. Foxx

Thomas J. Foxx is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in bond and specialty insurance, currently serving as Regional Vice President for the Southern Region at Travelers since May 2013. Foxx has held various leadership roles at Travelers, including Managing Director of Bond and Specialty Products focused on Financial Institutions and Managing Account Executive for the Technology Sector. Prior to Travelers, Foxx was a Commercial Underwriter at Zurich North America, working with both the Technology and General Industries sectors in the middle markets. Foxx holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida.
