Thor Raarup

Thor Raarup, CFA, serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Municipal Portfolios at Travelers since 2004, bringing extensive experience in the municipal finance sector. Previously, Thor Raarup held the position of Municipal Strategist at RBC Capital Markets from 2000 to 2004 and was a Portfolio Manager at RBC Global Asset Management from 1994 to 2000, where Voyageur Asset Management was included. Thor Raarup holds a B.A. in Economics and History from Gustavus Adolphus College.
