Tracey Gallivo

Tracey Gallivo has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Claim Operations Manager at Travelers Insurance since September 1994. In this role, Tracey oversees 11 direct reports and manages various operational responsibilities at the Orlando Florida Claim Center, including mailroom operations, cash desk management, building safety, maintenance, and office arrangements. Prior experience includes working as a WC Claim Adjuster, where Tracey handled a range of workers' compensation claims for large National Accounts, and serving as a Customer Service Representative in the CCS Department. Tracey's career began at Kuykendall Insurance Agency, where personal lines insurance was sold from July 1989 to June 1994. Educational background includes graduating from Lake Howell High School in 1989.
