Igor Avilés

Igor Avilés is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Tech Lead at The Trevor Project since October 2022, Igor previously held similar positions at Accion Labs and Flextronics, where responsibilities included managing software development teams and enhancing quality and innovation in processes. With a solid foundation in software development, Igor's earlier roles include Information Technology Manager and Architect Developer Manager, as well as senior programming positions focused on logistics solutions and historical document management. Igor holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Guadalajara, earned between 2000 and 2006.
