Nikki James

Nikki James is an experienced Employee Relations Partner currently working with The Trevor Project since December 2022, focusing on workplace concerns. Previously, Nikki held the position of Sr. Employee Relations Advisor at BD from June 2022 to October 2022, where responsibilities included coaching business leaders on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution, as well as leading workplace investigations. Nikki's extensive career at Nike spanned over two decades, encompassing various roles such as Employee Relations Specialist, where responsibilities included providing advice on employment concerns and conducting workplace investigations, and multiple positions within HR Direct, including Sr. Benefits Operations Analyst and Leave Operations Supervisor. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Portland State University and prior studies at the University of Portland and St. Mary's Academy.
