Stephanie Vicente

Stephanie Vicente is currently the Accounting Manager at The Trevor Project. Stephanie previously worked as a Staff Accountant at PXG (Parsons Xtreme Golf) from June 2018 to March 2021. In this role, they provided full cycle accounting support, managed accounts receivable and accounts payable, prepared month end general ledger entries, and performed account reconciliations and financial reporting for PXG Japan, an international subsidiary. Stephanie also worked closely with a contracted Japanese accounting firm to provide relevant financial documents and entries to ensure timely filing of taxes in accordance with Japan’s tax schedule. Additionally, they ensured transactions were in accordance with Japanese GAAP and worked with Japanese staff and sales team on customer-facing decisions and procedures. Stephanie also monitored inventory receipts, counts and adjustments with both Japanese and U.S. receiving teams. Prior to their role at PXG, Stephanie was a Senior Accountant at Vision Community Management from August 2013 to June 2018. Before that, they were a Runner/Admin Assistant at CEA Group from February 2012 to April 2012.

Stephanie Vicente has a Master of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western International University. Stephanie also attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they studied business-related accounting, and Las Vegas High School.

Their manager is Joel Lam, Senior Director of Finance & Administration.
