Tai Phoenix is currently a Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships at The Trevor Project, where they oversee a $13 million portfolio of Fortune 500 companies invested in LGBTQ+ initiatives in the US and Mexico. Prior to this, they held various corporate partnership roles at organizations such as Plan International USA and Rebuilding Together, where they developed and managed partnerships with corporate, government, and foundation funders. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Development and Family Studies from the University of North Texas, Tai has extensive experience in managing dynamic corporate partnerships, employee engagement initiatives, and grant compliance across different industries and sectors.
