Leadership Facilitator and Executive Coach at The Trium Group

Claire Carver Dias has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Claire began their career as an Instructor and Speaker at Motivate Canada (formerly Esteem Team), a non-profit organization empowering youth through sports and recreation. Claire worked there from 1999 until 2004.

In 1989, Claire Carver Dias joined Synchro Canada as an Olympic Medallist and National Team Member, staying there until 2002.

From 2003 to 2006, Claire Carver Dias served as a Program Manager of Communications and Community Relations at the Canadian Olympic Committee.

In 2004, Claire Carver Dias joined Clearday Communications as the Lead Executive Communications Consultant. Claire focuses on professional development and communication skills needs, designing personal or team development programs to help businesses reach their goals.

In 2006, Claire Carver Dias became an RBC Olympian and Communications Consultant at RBC until 2008.

In 2019, they started working as a University Lecturer at the University of Toronto Mississauga in the Department of Management and ICCIT.

Most recently, in August 2021, Claire Carver Dias joined The Trium Group as a Leadership Facilitator and Executive Coach. The Trium Group is a boutique firm that provides executive coaching, management consulting, and leadership development services. They aim to change the way business leaders think using state-of-the-art coaching, systems thinking, high-performance training, and the latest developments in neuroscience.

Claire Carver Dias has a diverse education history. Claire obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction in English from the University of Toronto between the years 1995 and 2002. Then, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in English at McGill University. Following this, Claire pursued a PhD in English, specializing in Creative and Critical Writing, at Bangor University from 2007 to 2015.

In addition to their English-focused education, Claire attended the HR Coaching Institute in 2016, where they obtained an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) certification from the International Coach Federation.

Claire has also pursued a number of business-related programs. Claire completed an Executive Education program in Financial Literacy and Analysis from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. Furthermore, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in partnership with Queen's University from Cornell University between 2019 and 2021. Claire also engaged in a similar MBA program through the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, this time in partnership with Cornell, from 2019 to 2021. In 2020 and 2021, Claire completed a certificate program titled "Women in Leadership" at Cornell University.

Additionally, Claire holds certifications in various coaching and team management practices. Claire obtained an ACC certification from the International Coach Federation in 2015. Furthermore, they have certifications in MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) from Psychometrics Canada and NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) from the Coaching Association of Canada. Finally, they hold a TMP (Team Management Profile) certification from Team Management Systems - TMSOz.com.
