Jared Thompson

Jared Thompson has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jared started their career at CVS Caremark Corporation in 2009 as a Senior Accounting Assistant, where they handled office administration tasks and financial reporting. Jared then joined Guggenheim Partners in 2013, initially as a Corporate Services Administrator and later as a Paralegal, where they provided operational support and coordination for the legal team.

In 2016, Jared joined The Marcus Buckingham Company as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, CTO, and COO. Jared served as a project manager and liaison between the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team. Jared also managed keynote bookings and speaking engagements for Marcus Buckingham. In the same company, they were promoted to the role of Leader Development Operations Manager in 2017. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations of a large team, implemented new technology integrations, led the Communications Team, and managed budgets for faculty events.
