Steve Kelly is Vice President with the James Campbell Company LLC, a Hawai‘i-based diversified real estate investment company with over $3.2 billion in assets held nationwide. He is responsible for a wide variety of investment activities including overseeing a 2,600-acre portfolio which includes the City of Kapolei, a master planned city center at the heart of the fastest growing and most dynamic region in the State of Hawai‘i. During his tenure with the company, he has overseen major transactional, governmental, financing and venture initiatives including over $600 million in acquisitions and dispositions, the largest land use revision process ever completed on O‘ahu for the company’s major development assets and a variety of other initiatives bridging the private and public sectors. Prior to joining the company, Steve was an associate with two leading consulting firms in California and Hawai‘i specializing in master planned development, strategic planning and portfolio value enhancement strategies. Steve received bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of California at Irvine where he was a Raymond L. Watson Fellow. Steve is also a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Advanced Management Program and the Urban Land Institute’s Real Estate Development program. Steve serves on several boards and advisory committees.
