Lam Bui possesses extensive experience in communications and public affairs, currently serving as the Country Representative at the US-ASEAN Business Council since February 2023. Prior to this role, Lam Bui held two key positions at Fulbright University Vietnam, first as Director of Communications and Public Affairs and then as Director of Communications, from March 2017 to April 2023. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from Georgetown University, obtained between 2012 and 2014.

The US-ASEAN Business Council is the premier advocacy organization for U.S. corporations operating within the dynamic Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), serving as the leading voice of the U.S. private sector in promoting mutually beneficial trade and investment relationships between the United States and Southeast Asia.
