Monica Motta

Monica Motta is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in arts management and community engagement. Currently serving as Day Manager, Front of House Manager, and Community Development Manager at The UC Theatre since August 2019, Monica has successfully led digital and direct mail campaigns, managed donor relations, and significantly increased in-show donations. Previously, roles included Development Associate and Intern at The UC Theatre, as well as Promotions Assistant at Bonneville International, where event planning and promotional support were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as Music Management Program Assistant at the University of the Pacific and an internship at Blue Coast Music. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry Studies from the University of the Pacific.
