Heidi is recognized internationally by industry peers for her contributions and thought leadership on the topics of Agile, design thinking, and diversity. Today, she advises organizations on embracing the Agile mindset and Agile core principles so that they can link strategy to execution and achieve business agility, thereby ensuring enterprise sustainability.
A native Detroiter and life-long athlete, she earned a varsity letter in volleyball at Michigan State University in 1978. Heidi remains active today by biking, swimming, and hiking. Thus far, conquering the Great Barrier Reef, Franz Josef Glacier, Machu Picchu, the Galapagos Islands, and miles of the breathtaking beaches of the Great Lakes.
