Fitzroy Melon is an experienced Food and Beverage Manager, currently serving at The Union League Club since July 2022. Prior to this role, Fitzroy worked as Beverage Manager at the American Yacht Club in Rye, New York, from August 2021 to March 2023, and also held the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor at Larchmont Yacht Club. With a passion for meeting and catering to people, Fitzroy enjoys traveling and engaging with diverse clientele.
