Jonathan Kaplan, CPM has accumulated extensive experience in property management, starting as a Property Manager at Better Place Realty in 2006. Jonathan then moved on to roles like Senior Property Manager at Boston Development Group, Community Manager at Northland Investment Corporation, and Regional Property Manager at various companies including CT HOUSING LLC, Grand Atlas Property Management, and Morgan Communities. Jonathan'smost recent role was Vice President Of Asset Management at United Group, where they previously held positions as Senior Regional Manager and Regional Manager. Throughout their career, Jonathan has demonstrated expertise in managing commercial and residential properties, overseeing maintenance and administration, budget preparation, resident relations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Jonathan Kaplan, CPM earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bunker Hill Community College in 2009. Jonathan later obtained several certifications including Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2021, Federal EPA Lead Paint Renovation Supervisor, HUD EPA Lead Paint Renovation Supervisor, Massachusetts EPA Lead Paint Renovation Supervisor, and Osha 10 Hour certification.
