Helen Zheng is the current director at The United States Information Technology Office. Helen has held various positions in the past, such as a student admin assistant, summer intern/assistant, and graduate student researcher. Helen also has experience as a human resource consultant and compensation and benefit manager.

Helen Zheng started their career as a student admin assistant at Cornell University in September 2016. Helen was responsible for the Cornell Workforce Planning and Career Navigator project as well as salary survey data analysis. In January 2017, they transferred to Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University as a summer intern/assistant. There, they worked on various projects such as Johnson Scholar, Activity Insight, Symplectic Element, Impact Factor, Training documents and process excellence.

In September 2015, Helen Zheng became a graduate student researcher at Cornell ILR - Institute for Compensation Studies. Helen worked on a project called Intergenerational Total Income Mobility. In April 2014, they took on a position as human resource consultant at Bank of Deyang, Chendu Branch. And finally, in May 2006, they became the compensation and benefit manager at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, a position they held until December 2013.

Helen Zheng has a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University. Helen also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Teaching Chinese as foreign language from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Helen is also certified from Towers Watson in Towers Watson Global Grading Professional.
