Katie Unger

Katie Unger, MSW, is a skilled professional in event management and communications currently serving as the Manager of Events and Communications at the United Way of Greater Cleveland since August 2022. With a strong background in social work, Katie has extensive experience in developing and executing events, creating informative newsletters, and enhancing community engagement through various initiatives. Previous roles include serving as a Community Engagement Intern at The LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland and a Community Development Intern at United Way, where Katie focused on resource development and support for community members. Katie holds a Master of Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from West Virginia University.
