Kimberly Chapmon-Wynne has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kimberly is currently serving as the Senior Director of Race, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the United Way of Greater Cleveland. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at Mosaic Insights Consulting, LLC, where they designed and delivered customized programs to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in various organizations. Kimberly also held the position of Principal at Insights to Lead, a role they held for over a decade. Before that, they worked as an HR and Nonprofit Fundraising Consultant at Success Wynnes Consulting. Kimberly has also held leadership positions at Aramark - Magazine and Book, BP (formerly Atlantic Richfield Company), and Prestidge Stations, Inc. at different points in their career. Kimberly'sroles have included Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Financial Development Process, and various managerial positions in human resources.
Kimberly Chapmon-Wynne has a diverse education history. Kimberly holds an MBA with a focus on Marketing & Human Resources from Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Communications from the University of Cincinnati.
In 2008, Kimberly pursued further education by attending UCLA Extension, where they earned a Certificate in Fundraising and Nonprofit Management, which they completed in 2010.
In terms of additional certifications, Kimberly obtained Cultural Intelligence (Level 1) & Train-the-Trainer (Level 2) certification from the Cultural Intelligence Center in September 2020. Kimberly also completed a Train-the-Trainer program for Unconscious Bias from the same institution in September 2020.
