Ray Cole

Ray Cole currently serves as the Vice Chancellor for Federal Affairs at The University of Alabama System since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ray Cole was Vice President at Van Scoyoc Associates from March 1999 to December 2023 and served as State Director for U.S. Senator Richard Shelby from May 1993 to March 1999. Ray Cole holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Commerce & Business Administration at The University of Alabama, which was completed between 1985 and 1990.
