David Ballou

David Ballou currently serves as the Director of Performance for University of Alabama Football, a position held since March 2020. Prior to this role, Ballou was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Indiana University Bloomington from January 2018 to March 2020 and held the position of Co-Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Notre Dame from January 2017 to January 2018. Additional experience includes serving as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at IMG Academy from May 2015 to January 2017, and at Avon High School from August 2001 to May 2015. David Ballou earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master's degree in Human Movement from AT Still University.
