Preston Thomas

Preston Thomas, M.Ed., currently serves as Program Manager, Assistant Director of Advising, and Academic Advisor at The University of Alabama since July 2019. Prior to this, Preston held the position of Coordinator at TRIO, Upward Bound Program from January 2018 to June 2019 and was a Graduate Assistant at The University of West Alabama for a brief period in 2017. Preston is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Higher Education Administration at The University of Alabama, expected to be completed in December 2025, following the completion of a Master of Education (MEd) in Higher Education Administration in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Interdisciplinary Arts in 2017 from The University of West Alabama. An Associate of Arts (AA) was obtained from LBW Community College in 2014.
