Travis Railsback

Travis Railsback has extensive experience in human resources and management. Travis began their career in 1996 as an Operations Manager at Express Personnel Services. In 2000, they joined RITE AID as a Human Resources Manager, where they worked for six years. In 2006, they became the Human Resources Director at UTi Integrated Logistics. Travis joined The University of Alabama in 2007 as a Senior HR Generalist and gradually climbed the ladder to become the Director of Human Resources in 2015. During their time at the university, they also served as the Executive Director of the Career Center and Associate Director for Human Resources.

Travis Railsback holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Higher Education Administration from The University of Alabama. Travis also has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education, both from The University of Alabama.
