Aaliyah Thompson-Mazzeo is a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Arizona with diverse experience in tutoring, leadership, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Math Tutor for C.A.T.S. Academics and Vice President of the Bobcats Senior Honorary, Aaliyah has previously held the position of President of the University of Arizona Engineering Student Council, overseeing various student-led initiatives. Additional roles include serving as a Dance Instructor at Pump Dance, a Dancer for the Arizona Pomline, and an Undergraduate Researcher at Washington University in St. Louis. Aaliyah's involvement extends to positions within the National Society of Black Engineers, where leadership and community-building efforts are prioritized. Aaliyah is recognized for effective communication, event planning, and support of academic success among peers.
