Amy Schaller

Amy Schaller is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in grant analysis, breathwork facilitation, and program development. Currently serving as a Grant and Contract Analyst at the University of Arizona, Amy supports faculty and staff in the grant proposal submission process. As the Owner of Bluebird Breathwork since 2017, Amy guides clients through active meditation and breathwork sessions to promote healing, while also serving as a Breathwork Facilitator for Breathwork for Recovery, which specializes in mental health and trauma recovery. Amy's previous roles include Prospect Research Analyst at the University of Arizona Foundation, Integrative Manager at Sabino Recovery, and various positions at the University of Arizona, where Amy coordinated research studies and supported academic initiatives. Amy holds a Master of Arts in Women's Studies from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, emphasizing Women's Studies, from Northern Arizona University.
