Christopher Dominiak

Christopher Dominiak has extensive experience in human resources and benefits administration, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Benefits Systems and Administration at the University of Arizona since March 2014. In this role, responsibilities include managing benefits transactions, overseeing compliance with regulations, and supervising a team. Prior to this position, Christopher held roles including Benefits Analyst at the University of Arizona and Human Resources Generalist at Rincon Research Corporation, where skills in recruiting, employee onboarding, and benefits administration were developed. Christopher’s educational background includes a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Arizona.
