Matthew Cross

Matthew Cross has extensive experience in operations and facilities management, currently serving as the Director of Estates and previously as Operations Manager at the University of Buckingham since April 2009. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, housekeeping, security, and environmental issues, managing budgets, and implementing project management practices using Prince 2 methodologies. Prior to this role, Matthew Cross was the Senior Operations Manager at Rudolph & Hellmann Automotive, focusing on optimizing material flow for BMW Mini production from January 2000 to March 2007. Additionally, experience as a Shift Manager at Exel from March 1995 to January 2000 further contributed to operational expertise.
