Janeen Williams

Janeen Williams is an experienced professional in talent management and operations, currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Management at The University of Chicago since March 2014. In this role, Janeen develops and implements talent management solutions aligned with the organization's culture and goals, executing manager consultations and utilizing HRIS systems effectively. Previously, Janeen held the position of Senior Operations Manager at KellyOCG, overseeing service delivery for a major client’s contingent worker program. Janeen's earlier experience includes project management and human resources coordination at Vantage Solutions LLC, as well as serving as the Entrepreneurship Center Program Coordinator at the Chicago Urban League, where significant funding was secured for entrepreneurial initiatives. Janeen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Chicago State University.
